Momma’s Sweet Biscuits

3 c. flour (Can use up to 1 cup of red wheat, or 1 1/2 cups white wheat)
1 T. baking powder
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter

4 pork chops (fat trimmed)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
