I am LOVING your blog!! Your Mom, Shandrea and Betty told me all about it today! I don't usually make breakfast as I am not the morning person around here. I usually make your big brother do the cooking in the morning. He is such a good boy most of the time. But I think I may surprize him and make this one day when he is home and not at work. Even I think I can do this one. Especially since it is one I can make at night and just basically toss into the oven. I try to do a meal plan every week as it helps with the shopping and the budget but summers are harder form me to do that. I don't know if it is laziness or business.
