It added a bit of a mildly sweet flavor. It was good. I was saving some to try the creamy tomatillo ranch dressing but the baby thought is was oh so fun to husk them and find a "base-a-ball". We just found one behind the piano this morning!

So, did you like the taste the tomatillos added? Next time you're up I'll have to let you taste the creamy tomatillo ranch dressing. It tastes great on taco salad, tacos and anyplace you might use sour cream with Mexican/Southwestern food. Yum. I think it tastes better with chicken than ground beef. I haven't tried it with beef strips, yet.
