Next time you're up I'll have to let you taste the creamy tomatillo ranch dressing. It tastes great on taco salad, tacos and anyplace you might use sour cream with Mexican/Southwestern food. Yum. I think it tastes better with chicken than ground beef. I haven't tried it with beef strips, yet. So, did you like the taste the tomatillos added?
