Communal changing is never fun, but I remember one time when my 20-year-old self was scared, REALLY scared to see two older ladies (profs or staff members, I'm sure -- not students!) get ready for their workout. "Mommy bodies," I remember thinking. And now I KNOW. I'm very impressed with your time-efficient plan, but especially with your fitness efforts. Awesome! Thanks for the shout-out! Ha ha ha.
