FHE Treat: Apple Crisp
TUESDAY (Maybe this will be the week I actually make this dish!)
Pineapple Pork over
Green Salad (if I have lettuce)
Baked Spinach and Cheese Noodles
(I will cook the noodles and put this together in the morning. Then I’ll pop it in the oven that night. I think I’ll try adding more Dijon mustard, too.)
Green Salad (leftover from Thursday)
Spanish Rice with Fresh Tomatoes
Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas and Fresh Salsa
What actually happened with last week’s dinner plans:
We had small portions of various leftovers that we ate with tortilla chips and fresh salsa.
We also may have added grated cheese to the tortilla chips, and used the microwave to melt the cheese.:)
Yeah, I didn’t make the pineapple pork. Again.
We had a baked potato bar and sliced garden tomatoes. And fresh salsa.
Sometimes you have to run away up the mountain and have a hot dog roast with the family.
