An Apology to all pre-oder customers.
All pre-order customers received a draft version of the book, Alexis, instead of the final copy. I am so sorry for the mix up. Due to family circumstances, I changed the release date from April 2 to May 2. A pop up window on my Amazon window confirmed the change. When I checked later, Amazon was still advertising the release date as April 2. When I tried to edit the release date, I was locked out.

Meanwhile I got the final copy edited and ready to upload. When I went to upload it, I was locked out from uploading the new final file. I contacted Amazon, but they were unable to let me into my account to make the changes. So the old draft version went live for pre-orders.

I sincerely apologize that you received a draft version of the book. It is missing six chapters and all editing. I’m currently working with Amazon to have them push the final copy to all pre-order customers, but it is a very slow process.

You can try logging into your Amazon account under managing digital content and making sure you have turned on receive automatic updates. That’s what Amazon is recommending for now, but it’s not working for me. I’ll post again once Amazon is providing a solution that actually works.

If this doesn’t resolve in the next few days, I’ll be offering all pre-order customers a PDF of the book. Check back here for more details in a couple of days.

Again, my sincerest apologies,

Kate
